Most Brass and Woodwind Services are easy though, there is the occasional one which can cause many difficulties...these will be quoted FREE to you before any work carried out. Once price agreed Repair and service will be completed. I also can do bulk SCHOOL ORDERS and price is charged by hour and parts only so it works out a a lot cheaper than most shops.

STANDARD WOODWIND SERVICE: $55 @ hour (most services take an hour)

Replace Corks
Replace Pads
Re align key work
Clean all tone holes, pads and key work
Oil Key work
Play check
Mouthpiece Buff teeth marks out off mouthpiece if needed ....Wash and sterilize
General cleaning and adjustments

Free all Slides
Free stuck valve casings and valves
Polish slides
Remove minor dents (if I can do within an hour)
Re align valves if needed
Chemical clean all calcium build up on all instrument parts
Clean chemical off and sterilize
Polish mouthpieces marks off stem etc.. Then Wash off residue
Re Assemble
Play check

INSTRUMENT REPAIRS $55 @ hour (most services take an hour)

All Brass and Woodwind instrument repairs are quoted on before work is carried out. If in the event something unforeseen irises the customer will be notified off further complication immediately. Most repairs are charged at $55 an hour. For specialist work sometimes costs more up to $88 an hour. For example if there is work that I cannot do I would advice of specialist repairer who would quote and fix problem. I would then do the rest of the work that would cost less through me.
